In December 2025, the Titen powder analyzer and dough stretching instrument were put into use at the Shandong Agricultural Science and Technology Research Institute. This set of Titen powder mixer adopts an integrated machine structure, eliminating the need for customers to separately connect a computer. This significantly saves space usage. The 50g dough mixing bowl, equipped with the latest lightweight technology, ensures accurate experimental results while significantly reducing the weight of the mixing bowl, making the testing process more convenient.

The Titen powder analyzer is equipped with its independently developed high-precision constant-temperature water pump TLP-F, which can add water with an accuracy of up to 0.1 ml. It offers two water addition methods: percentage water addition and fixed-volume water addition, replacing the manual dropper water addition method and significantly improving the accuracy and repeatability of the test results. It also has a high-precision temperature control system with a temperature control error range of 0.1 degrees Celsius.

The integrated use of the Titen TLP-F booster pump has been highly praised by the experimental personnel. It is not only easy to operate but also ensures the testing requirements for distilled water needed in the experiments.
The Titen tensile tester, which is used in conjunction with the powder analyzer, also adopts an integrated design. The four temperature-controlled proofing chambers it is equipped with can conduct more sample tests simultaneously within the same period of time.

The dough stretcher is mainly used in flour processing, food production, scientific research experiments, and agricultural breeding. This instrument prepares dough using a powder analyzer, and after kneading, shaping, and fermentation, it is fixed in the stretching device. High-precision electronic sensors measure the stretching resistance and extension length. The computer collects data in real time to generate stretching curves and calculate parameters such as extensibility and curve area.
During this installation and commissioning process, our technical staff, with their professional skills and meticulous work attitude, ensured the precise installation of the equipment and the optimization of its performance. At the same time, we also provided comprehensive operation training and technical support to the operators, ensuring that they could quickly get familiar with the equipment and fully utilize its performance advantages.
