The IPHT-V single particle intensityinstrument put into use this time can simultaneously measure the diameter andbreaking force of single particles, and is applicable to carbon black particlesand others. The entire testing process strictly follows the ASTM D5230 andD3313 standards.
In terms of equipment configuration andperformance, this instrument is equipped with a 12-position sample slotrotation positioning system, allowing for the testing of 10 to 100 particlesper single sample, facilitating fully automatic high-throughput detection ofvarious types of single particles. The force measurement range covers 10 to1000N, and customers can flexibly select the corresponding force sensor basedon their actual application needs. Additionally, the device is equipped with anautomatic cleaning mechanism. After each test, a brush automatically cleans theresidual carbon black particle fragments, effectively ensuring the accuracy ofsubsequent test results. The bottom of the material tray is designed with anelectromagnetic vibration structure, which can prevent particles from beingcompressed or suspended, further enhancing the accuracy of the test data.
In addition, the IPHT-V single particle intensity instrument adopts an integrated design. While ensuring the accuracy and stability of the test results, it significantly reduces the space occupation in the laboratory and is suitable for the layout requirements of various laboratories.
