There are several problems exsisted in Oil titration pump produced by Germany standard configured by Absorptometer:
1. Design defects result in slow oil leakage, which can corrode the motor or circuit board until it is damaged
2. The protective cover material of the plunger tube is plastic, which has low pressure resistance, easy to breakage, and high maintenance costs.
3. The maximum oil adding amount is 50ml, and the testing requirement for certain special materials exceeding the 50ml adding oil amount cannot be achieved
In order to meet the higher testing requirements and lower operating costs of customers, TITEN Company has specially designed a titration pump specifically used for absorptometer testing. This pump has the following characteristics:
1. Maximum adding oil volume: 100ml or 50ml
2. Adding oil accuracy: 0.01%
3. Plunger tube material is stainless steel, piston material is PTFE: corrosion-resistant and not easily damaged
4. The design structure is reasonable, and the motor and circuit board are separated from the oil channel.
